4. Safety and Risk Acknowledgment
Rock climbing is an inherently dangerous activity. RopeMate is a coordination platform only and does not provide climbing instruction, safety equipment, or supervision. Users are solely responsible for their own safety and must:
- Assess their own skill level and physical capabilities
- Use appropriate safety equipment and follow safety protocols
- Verify the credentials and experience of climbing partners
- Comply with all rules and regulations at climbing locations
5. Limitation of Liability
RopeMate and its operators shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using our service or participating in climbing activities organized through our platform. Users assume all risks associated with climbing activities.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on RopeMate. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content as necessary to provide our services. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
7. Account Termination
